{"tool":"get_job","result":{"requisitionId":"159200","client":"Clean Harbors Corporate - CAN","title":"CLH IS District Sales Mgr","description":"We are looking for a <strong>District Sales Manager! </strong>The <strong>District Sales Manager</strong> is responsible to grow, expand, and maintain a required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned territory. <br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group RRSP with matching Component</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.</li><li>Obtain a minimum yearly goal in New Business accounts; Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives; Meet or exceed the threshold for the established minimum number of sales calls per week.</li><li>Coordinate Customer visits with other Sales Personnel; Participate in joint sales calls with Corporate Account Manager.</li><li>Take a lead role in executing Corporate Account Strategy for assigned local accounts.</li><li>Coordinate and complete profile information as needed.</li><li>Maintain company and contact information and document all sales calls, customer visits and business opportunities in Salesforce.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to negotiate pricing and contract requirements; During Customer sales calls, determine adequacy of present level of service and recommend adjustments.</li><li>Promote communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.</li><li>Assist in the collection of invoiced revenue from Customers.</li><li>Ensure all staff are effective in their communication with customers and that their commitments to clients are upheld in an efficient manner so as to guarantee Customer satisfaction with Clean Harbors and expand Customer accounts within the region to grow market share.</li><li>Maintain daily awareness of sales activities and results and inform management and leadership teams of current and emerging market trends, service/product preferences, competitive activities, as well as industry, organizational, and technological advancements.</li><li>Complete annual Sales Revenue Budget.</li><li>Obtain signed Standard Service Agreements for New Business.</li><li>Review, understand and use Monthly Revenue and Receivable Reports</li><li>Manage business expenses, and the timely submission of business expenses.</li><li>Develop and implement ideas and opportunities to continuously improve customer; relationships and develop new clients through prospecting, networking and performing sales calls on a regular and consistent basis.</li><li>Prepare sales strategies for targeted accounts and utilize other staff resources to prepare and make proposals/presentations to customers.</li><li>Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in business or environmental Science preferred.</li><li>1 to 3 Years of industry relevant experience.</li><li>1 to 3 Years of technical sales experience.</li><li>Bi-lingual French and English is an Asset</li><li>Standard Driver's License.</li><li>Reliable transportation.</li><li>Negotiation Skills.</li><li>Customer Service Skills.</li><li>Clear Communication Skills.</li><li>Self Starter.
