The role coordinates resources, tracks project performance, ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and works with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize customer service and project delivery.<br><br><strong>Why work with Clean Harbors? </strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive wages: $80,000-$85,000 based on experience and qualifications. </li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group RRSP with matching Component. </li><li>Ability to participate in the company Employee Stock Purchase Plan.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Positive and safe work environments.</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, including reviewing operational procedures and site-specific safety plans. </li><li>Conduct site visits to assess project needs, monitor progress, and verify safety and quality standards. </li><li>Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. </li><li>Maintain customer relationships and oversee project scoping, quoting, and competitive intelligence. </li><li>Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues. </li><li>Manage labor, equipment, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective project execution. </li><li>Lead field service and emergency response projects and coordinate required personnel and resources. </li><li>Communicate with health and safety teams regarding site-specific requirements and actions. </li><li>Participate in on-call coverage as required. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Valid 5 driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. </li><li>3+ years of experience scoping and pricing field service projects. </li><li>Experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety standards, compliance requirements, and field service equipment. </li><li>Field service operations experience. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Windows-based applications.</li></ul><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action. </strong>At Clean Harbors, our mission is to create a safer, cleaner environment through the treatment, recycling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
