(based on experience.)</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment.</li><li>Group RRSP with matching Component.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career.</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Positive and safe work environments.</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact as Central admin; supporting the Regional, DVP, and local branches customers on system, administrative, and operational escalations and inquiries, including GCC support.</li><li>Partner with Corporate and GCC teams to identify, manage, and resolve administrative escalations and complex issues.</li><li>Support escalated Regulatory and Revenue compliance matters, including Facility Reporting and Quote-to-Cash requirements such as Credit & Rebill, Contract Pricing, Non-Conformance, IP, and No-Show issues.</li><li>Collaborate with field teams on training and adoption of new and existing processes, including Mobile Worksheets, Workbenches, Onboarding, LMS modules, and related tools.</li><li>Monitor and resolve escalations for customer Purchase Order (PO), invoice, tax, DSO short-pay, and other account-related issues.</li><li>Support Facility and Customer initiatives, special projects, events, and large-customer implementations.</li><li>Assist branches with financial close by resolving questions, validating revenue and cost accruals.</li><li>Provide hands-on support to struggling branches within the region by identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions.</li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>3+ years of experience supporting managers in an administrative capacity.</li><li>Class G license, reliable transportation to commute to the assigned branch every day. </li><li>Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems and applications.</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the assigned work location daily, with flexibility to travel as required.</li><li>Environmental Services industry experience is a strong asset.</li></ul><br><strong>Safety-Kleen,</strong> a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
